First of all you will need AppServ [url=http://rapidshare.com/files/10450235/AppServ.exe]Download[/url]
Install AppServ.
You also need MuWeb ore anyother web you like

[url=http://rapidshare.com/files/21944524/MuWeb_0.8.rar.html]MuWeb 0.8 link 2[/url]
Delete all from C:/AppServ/www and extras MuWeb in C:/AppServ/www
go to "C:\AppServ\php\sapi" and coppy php4apache.dll in php folder
Now coppy "php" in C:\
Go to C:\AppServ\Apache\conf\httpd.conf and open it with notepad
Press ctrl+F and search for #LoadModule unique_id_module modules/mod_unique_id.so
And under u put : LoadModule php4_module "c:/php/php4apache.dll"
Search for: AddModule mod_setenvif.c
and add under it : AddModule mod_php4.c
Search for: AddType application/x-tar .tgz
And under: AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Now go C:\Windows and search for "php.ini"
open it and search for ;extension=php_mssql.dll and delete ";" in front of it
Search for : mssql.secure_connection = Off and write On instead of Off
Now you're ready
Install now the web from here http://localhost/install/install.php
Now go to start>AllPrograms>AppServ>Manual Control Server>Appache Restart and the website will be your IP
Ore you could just use allreaady modified files by me (php.ini and http.conf)

it's allready published lol the website will be your ip but u can make a DNS www.no-ip.com and the adress will be something like muserver.no-ip.org

Would you mind if you can give a little detailed guide on making it? I am so far confused and i have tried and it wont work, instead of opening the site with the no-ip address it is opening my router.
And aslo, when i tried to make an account on the website, even though i have filled up everything, error always comes saying : "Error: Please Go Back And Write Code Correctly!" What do i have to do.
